- Implement daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly plan to gain sales and open new product coverage and distribution for assigned territory/channel.
- Develop new distributors base for KING COFFEE, maximize the distribution of TNI coffee in the region.
- Formulate new channel maintenance/marketing/promotion plans and specific programs, review and improve regularly.
- Monitor competition and report competitive activities for development of effective counter measures.
- Assist distributors to maximize the coverage of KC and achieve the best product display effect
- Ensure that the resources invested by the company are used effectively to maximize the brand development of the company.
- Support Senior APAC Manager to consolidate APAC region in term of sales, marketing, digital, strategic direction of vision for KC and maximize coverage and boost up sales year on year.
- Monitor distribution level by channel and provinces/cities for each designated distributor.

|– Over 3 years FMCG experience particularly in coffee distribution industry.|

|– Understand company’s process in a group scale to be run a team effectively and efficiently.- Understand Franchise/Licensing particularly is Coffee industry.
– Experienced/understand in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal in terms of business in HORECA channel and Franchise/Licensing regulations, foreign trade and leadership/management as well.
– Strategic and logical business thought and operation management experience in terms of HORECA section.
– Marketing strategy with proper ROI to stimulate customers to invest in KING COFFEE
– Trademark registration and HORECA business development in compliance with local law.
– Forecast and analyze strategically in terms of business section which help to make right decisions.
– Ability to multi-task, work independently and flexibly.
